These terms govern your use of the Squishy Light website and any purchases you make from us. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products and pricing

All prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price at the time you place your order is the price you pay.

Product images are for illustration purposes. While we make every effort to display colours and details accurately, we cannot guarantee that your screen's display will be perfectly accurate.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or cancel orders at our discretion, including if we suspect fraud or if a product is listed at an incorrect price due to error.

Orders and payment

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline your order. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email.

Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments and/or PayPal. We do not store your card details.

Shipping

We ship worldwide. We aim for delivery within 7–12 business days for most orders, though delivery times may vary depending on your location and local customs processing. These are estimates, not guarantees. See our Shipping page for more details.

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or events beyond our control.

Consumer rights

If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, your statutory rights are not affected by these terms. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If goods do not meet these standards, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.

UK and EU consumers have a 14-day cooling-off period for online purchases under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (UK) or the Consumer Rights Directive (EU). These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer in the UK, you may bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the UK in which you live. If you are a consumer in the EU, you may bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.
