Our policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something is wrong, we will make it right.

Damaged or faulty items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us at originalsquishylight@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and a photo of the damage. We will offer a replacement or a full refund — your choice.

Items not as described

If your item is significantly different from what was described or shown on our website, contact us within 14 days. We will offer a replacement or full refund.

Change of mind

UK and EU customers have a statutory right to cancel online purchases within 14 days of receiving the goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (UK) or the Consumer Rights Directive (EU). To exercise this right, contact us at originalsquishylight@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a full refund of the purchase price.

For customers outside the UK and EU, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind due to the nature of international shipping. However, we will always resolve issues with damaged, faulty, or incorrectly described items.

Refund process

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of approval. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional few business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Non-refundable items

Items that have been used, modified, or damaged by the customer after delivery are not eligible for return or refund unless they were received in a faulty condition.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not received your refund within 10 business days of our confirmation, please check with your bank or payment provider first. If you still have not received it, contact us at originalsquishylight@gmail.com.
