Where we ship

We ship worldwide. All orders include free shipping.

Delivery times

We aim for delivery within 5–12 business days for most orders. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, local postal services, and customs processing. These are estimates, not guarantees.

Factors that can affect delivery time include public holidays, customs inspections, extreme weather, and high-volume shipping periods (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas).

Tracking

Every order receives a tracking number once it has been dispatched. You will receive this by email. Please allow 2–3 business days after receiving your tracking number for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

Customs and import duties

For international orders, your package may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by your country's government. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices or shipping costs. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Check with your local customs office for more information.

Undelivered orders

If your order has not arrived within 30 business days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us at originalsquishylight@gmail.com. We will investigate with the carrier and work to resolve the issue, which may include resending the order or issuing a refund.

Incorrect address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to update the address before dispatch.
